– Get in Touch –
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step. Whether you have questions, are returning to therapy, or are beginning therapy for the first time, you’re welcome to reach out. We’re here to guide you through every step of the process.
– Is Our Practice the Right Fit? –
Beginning therapy is a meaningful decision at any stage of life. It’s important to work with clinicians whose approach aligns with how you want to grow and move forward.
We are a collaborative, goal-oriented group practice. While we bring clinical expertise, we view you as the expert on your lived experience. Therapy with us is active and intentional — together we clarify goals, deepen insight, and create practical, forward movement.
Our work with teens and adolescents is informed by extensive experience in school-based settings. We understand the academic pressures, social dynamics, and family systems that shape a young person’s world. We support teens in building autonomy while partnering thoughtfully with parents.
We have also navigated significant life transitions — including role changes, chronic health conditions, and grief. When helpful, we may use thoughtful self-disclosure to ground the work and keep conversations authentic and productive.
Clients often choose our practice when they are seeking therapy that is structured yet relational, reflective yet action-oriented, and rooted in mutual respect.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. From the first session, we focus on establishing connection, clarity, and a collaborative path forward.
