Build stronger, healthier connections.
We offer relationship-focused therapy for adolescents, adults, couples, and families. In session, we navigate challenges, strengthen connections, and foster healthier dynamics. Tailored to your goals and values, we guide and support you—without judgment—toward more fulfilling, intentional, and caring relationships. Sessions are usually scheduled for 75 minutes to allow adequate time for everyone.
Family Therapy
Misunderstandings, conflicts, and emotional distance can affect any family. Family therapy supports teens, parents, and caregivers of all family types—including blended and multigenerational families—helping to strengthen communication and improve family dynamics.
Family therapy can help with:
• Parent-child or sibling conflict
• Blended family challenges
• Communication breakdowns
• Behavioral or emotional concerns
• Adjusting to major life changes (divorce, relocation, loss)
Sessions may include the full family or selected members, depending on your goals. Each session is thoughtfully tailored so every voice feels valued and respected.

A message for teens:
Family therapy isn’t about pointing fingers or getting in trouble. It’s a space where your voice actually matters. You get to share your side, be heard, and work on understanding—and being understood—by the people who matter most. Your thoughts and feelings matter here.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy offers a supportive, neutral space for partners to better understand each other and improve their relationship. It’s not just for relationships in crisis—couples can benefit at any stage, whether they want to resolve challenges or grow closer together.
Couples therapy can support you with:
• Communication difficulties and recurring conflict
• Trust issues and emotional disconnection
• Navigating life transitions or stress
• Repairing after betrayal or misunderstandings
• Strengthening intimacy and emotional closeness
Our approach is collaborative and respectful, helping both partners feel heard while working toward shared goals.
Prepare/Enrich Available (By Request):
Married and long-term couples may complete the Prepare/Enrich assessment within the therapy setting. The assessment fee is separate, and results are reviewed during standard couples therapy sessions at the $175 per session rate (insurance or self-pay, as applicable).
Within therapy, the assessment provides meaningful insight and practical direction while allowing space to address deeper concerns. This option is well-suited for couples seeking both structured relationship feedback and personalized therapeutic guidance.
Insurance Disclaimer: Coverage for couples counseling depends on your insurance plan. In Maryland, insurance typically does not reimburse couples therapy unless it is part of treatment for a diagnosable mental health condition for one identified partner. Upon request, a superbill may be provided for out-of-network submission; however, reimbursement is not guaranteed.
